The Kalamalkahighlanders invite you to join us in an ages old tradition of playing celtic music on the pipes & drums. Whether you are an accomplished musician or a raw beginner, young or not so young, we offer a variety of levels of teaching for beginners to more advanced.

Our practices are on Wednesday nights starting at 6:00 PM for beginners and a “basic tune” chanter practice for those who wish. 7:00 sees us move to our regular chanter/practice pad session for the band, then at 8:00 we move to pipes & drums for an hour.

We are located at St. John's Lutheran church, 5151 Alain, just off Silver Star Road. (up from Butcher Boys Grocery)

We have an additional “drop-in” practice on MOST Thursday nights from 7:00PM till 9:00PM at the Army, Navy & Airforce Vets. at 2500 46th St. in Vernon
