Attended your last years fall extraviganza with the Frasers and the Carnegies, what a wonderful show. Are you going to do it again this fall. I checked your calender and didn't see it listed. You folks put on a truly great Scottish evening.

Hello all! It is so great to come across your website! Having started my drumming "career" with The Kal Highlanders, I owe a great deal to Capt. Reg Scott and Dave Dryhurst. Dave was a great instructor and taught me to have fun but be focused when playing and learning. I look forward to seeing you all again at the new BC Place on November 5th!!! Slainte!

Hello KHPB - I am bass drummer for the Bermuda Islands Pipe Band. I have been coming to Coldstream/Vernon for the last six year, at Easter time for some skiing at Silver Star (my in-laws live in Coldstream). Do you think that the in-laws even knew there was a pipe band here? Well, they don't get out much is all I can say!!
Our band is all by its lonesome on our small beautiful island, and by my reading of your site we operate with exactly the same philosophy, street band, support the community etc.
You can be assured that in a years time when I am next in your neighbourhood, I will be dropping in for practice. Keep up the good work!!
